Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting the day after your purchase, unless an exception below applies.

Digital products & immediate access

For digital products and software delivered or activated immediately, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once access has been provided.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
